How should i freeze a pintail that I shot this morning? It might get mounted this season or next year. I dont know when it will get mounted but we may be waiting a year or so to get it done to see if we can shoot a better duck. But the pintail i got this morning is about good as can get. So how should I freeze it?

Congrats!!!
My experience- A nylon stocking the first layer. Then a kitchen size bag, then newspaper, then another kitchen-sized plastic bag. The most important part is getting rid of all the air.
