300 acres but has plenty of deer and great quality. A lot of people think that's not enough land but I promise you will not be disappointed. It is east Texas so it is wooded not hill country land

Oh and lodging is included in the deal. It's a gaurenteed kill on a deer and lodging comes with the deer. Meanin if it takes you 1 day or 3 days to get the deer you want your not charged for nights at the lodge

Luckily I know them so I get to go sometimes on management hunts but it's definitely got some nice deer there
