We bought a ranch that has an abandoned house on it. I don't live close we have some family members that live close by. Someone keeps going inside the house and taking stuff and throwing stuff around. We have contacted the Sheriff. We have put up cameras but we have to keep our camera hidden so we have not had any good pics of the person. What is the next step to take. It seems who ever this person is know my family's schedule. We have locked up the doors they just break a window. We haven't been able to go thru the whole house yet there might not be any good stuff in there but it's our stuff and don't want people stealing it.. What is the Next step?

meth head's !! I had someone break into My camper once so I drilled 3" screw's in 1x4's 3' long and hid them around My camper in the grass. They never came back but I wonderd what they would think when a large deck screw went thru there foot sneeking around My stuff. good luck !

Are their any empty beer cans etc... Might be one of your family members kids or friends taking their friends/girls out their to have a good time.

They never came back but I wonderd what they would think when a large deck screw went thru there foot sneeking around My stuff. good luck ! I LIKE THE WAY YOU OPERATE MY MAN!!!

you have to get some kinda camera on the door if thats your plan however if it were me and I had the time I'd just stake it out. You need to go out there or send the family out there for a day or two then let it settle down for a day or so then go and stake it out sit in your camo hidden but so you can see make sure you have a gun so you can protect yourself and all that jazz.
