Again, just curious.
We've got elk, WT, BB
Got fininished with the last of a WT buck (last year) and the backstrap of an axis doe a few weeks ago. Before that we had a little bit of red DEER hind from last year.
What do you got?

Deer, wild hog, dove, chukar, buffalo, watusi, goose (snow), salmon, ling cod, & halibut. Little bits of each (except the deer, watusi, and all the fishes).
I have been told several times by several people that red deer is great eatin. Couple of years ago I tried to add a red deer hind, but the hunt was cancelled at the last minute by the outfitter (after I was already in Texas for the hunt). Would love to again add it to the freezer, but time & finances are not on my side presently.
CHILDREN ARE OUR FUTURE FOR TOMORROW. INVEST IN TOMORROW BY TAKING A CHILD HUNTING OR FISHING TODAY.

Nilgai, Elk, Mule Deer, WT, Wild Pig, and a little Fallow. Dove and Teal, and a fair bit of King Fish I'm saving to fry for a big hunt in January.

Inherited a 2nd deep freeze and have been doing my best to fill up both! Axis, fallow, blackbuck, whitetail, duck, wild hog & redfish...but still room for more. Making room for more whitetail, axis and some oryx!
