Not sure if the title is a good one or not, so sorry if you might feel mislead.

I am looking at a few potential less opportunity's. What I need to find is a group of hunters (5 to 12 depending on the lease and the amount of money each has to spend)

The ones I am looking at will be 2000 acres or more, up to 5000 on one. All in the Hill Country. They will have nice amenities year round access, exotics of some sort, and be family oriented.

I would like to have the cost of corn, protein, new blinds and feeders included in the lease fee. I would think that the cost of the lease will be between $3000 and $6000 per hunter depending on what we finally chose.(I would expect it to be around $4700)

If you are interested you will need to agree to the following:

Lease payment of $3000 - $6000 year
Family Lease Children Allowed and Expected
Work Weekends
No Assigned hunting areas or blinds

PM me your name and contact info, I will put it all together and get in touch with you.

I'm sorta interested. I will have my own blind and it will have a lock on it. I use my own feeder because I like the kind of timer I have. I dont have any problem working to keep the feeders full and a plot planted. I'm 60 YO, dont drink, smoke but trying to quit, might cuss a little but not around kids. Willing to pay up to 2k for the lease plus feed. But I go hunting to hunt, not babysit.

Most guys already have their own stands and feeders. Kinda curious to why that cost is included in the lease price? scared

I would be interested if it were $3000 or less. And if we could do our own blinds and feeders. As I'm looking for a family oriented lease to take my daughters hunting on.

im very intrested and could have a group of 5 with cash today but we all have feeders blinds jeeps rangers and everything else a lease needs so for thast all to be included and jack the price up it would have to be disscused either way good luck with this and let me know if you decide to do it with out feeder blinds and feed included no ofense but too many people would rather do it there self and thats the point of having a lease not a day or package hunt
