Can you or someone point me to a fee based hunting 3000acre+ (one piece) high fence ranch????
Is there any????? except YO Ranch?????

I can point you to a 34k acre ranch in Sanderson/Dryden area.

Please do. What's the web site?

Not sure there is a web site, just seen the gate and heard locals talk about it. Steve Forrest ranch, he even gives heli tour rides if your interested.

I wouldn't bait at all if I were hunting public land out West b/c it's against the law and very much unethical..... but even as a dumb Texan I know if it's tilled something was prolly planted there.

HIgh fence hunting is like bragging about banging a hot hooker at the moonlight bunny ranch. You get no credibility from it and look like a pathetic loser.

3pts are legal spikes unless you have a funky one horned deer

I have to write a paper for my wildlife management class. So far I have taken the following notes from this thread:
- ur wife's rack can get bigger behind a HF w/supplemental feeding
- milk sacs
- HM=high mountain
- Sloughs are boggy
- AR's
- Babies thrive in feeder pen
- Juniper is a cool name
- a one horned spike is not a unicorn
- moonlight bunny ranch
- hunters find popcorn delicious
- this forum has a search feature
- it's OK to call ur deer Shirley

I always use the THF for all my research. So far my average is a D-.

Wow, what an original topic. If only we could debate ARs on this forum too.

D- bc you started off on the wrong foot... Yes the wife's rack can get larger with supplemental fatty foods but it would not benefit the mgmt goals for the wife. This is a good a good example of when it's okay to reap the benefits of a put & take operation. Put some new ones in, take out the old up

Their great, the blinds are roomy the waitress was very pleasant although her climbing in and out of the blind delivering us our meals was a little noisy, but the deer didn't seem to mind. My biggest complaint was the limo service to the blind, personally I would have provided a Suburban that strech Caddy high centered on us twice in two days.

So it's somehow more noble to brag about banging an almost-hot $20 "free range" hooker from 5th and Broadway?

I have to admit this thread has been more entertaining than most of the other HF vs. LF threads. wink and the popcorn is good too.

I'm in total support of AR's. In fact, I just wrote a glowing letter to the Director of TP&W telling him how much I liked them and that they should be instituted for every county but mine.
