How do they taste? I was out at a taxidermist shop and helped him load one out of his truck. It wasnt even dressed out? Do people not eat them?

Most people say the coyotes won't touch them. An old ram is can be tough but if cooked right isn't bad... I cooked a young ewe and served it at a party and the whole thing was gone by the end of it. It turned out delicious.
