 Too Late to put out Corn/Feed?

My Cousin just informed me today. He has 20 Acres South of Town. Gave me the combination to Lock, told me to hunt it.
Is it to late to Put out Corn, Etc? It has 300 acres "hunted", on one side. 1200 acres, Leased on the other.
My Cousin said he doesnt have time to fool with 20 acres as he hunts South-Tx.
Thanks for any advice.

Hell no! it's just now gettin time for it to be good. The acorns are rotting and theyl tear up corn from now on.

Really just depends on the area. From my experience deer out west respond far quicker to new feeders (like over night) than deer in east Texas.

Hell no! it's just now gettin time for it to be good. The acorns are rotting and theyl tear up corn from now on. Took my deer/hogs 1 week to pattern my feeder on my newest peice of land.

I just put mine out the last week of Nov along with a camera to see what's out there. You could always just sit out on a trail and see what walks by. The same day I put the corn out I sat on a trail on the other side of the property and saw a 6 pointer.

Heck no put out and shot some deer we put our feeder out on my dads friends place opening weekend of bow season and I shot a doe that evening and its only a acer but its also Parker county so there was already a lot of deer all you can do is try

Never too late, I hunted one area on the property that hasn't been hunted or fed for a couple years, filled up the empty feeder that was out there and it took about a week for the deer to find the feeder.

Update:
No feeder. Just strung out a bag along a draw.
Tons of tracks from the recent weather.
8 bales of coastal-bales and a tarp for a blind.LOL.
Bout 60 yrds away uphill.
Be in there tomorrow evening.

A coffee can full of corn before every hunt is all you need... just spread it out, and wait for 'em.
