Let me just say that I'm so glad I just discovered this website. I'm about to graduate from Texas A&M, and I'm really not sure how well I would've done had I know about this site along time ago. Since I'm so busy with school and work, it's hard to make the time to get away for hunts, but it's nice being able to come on here and read about everyone's hunt and see the pictures.
Limits are great and all, but there's nothing better than getting out and creating memories with good friends, new and old.
Thank y'all for your updates and stories, you make people like me feel like I'm waist-deep in water huddled up next to a tree, waiting on someone to make the call.

Congrats man. Proudest member of the Fightin Texas Aggie Class of 2011 here.
I would give anything to go back...I love my job but don't have near the time to fish and hunt like I had in college!
They're not looking for one thing right....they're looking for one thing wrong.

I actually hunt fairly close to town, just south of college station off the Navasota river where I work. If not there, I'm from the coast so I hunt public land all along the coast whenever the opportunity arises... Not much these days unfortunately. I have a new passion for duck hunting, so I'm still learning as much as I can each time I go out. I just enjoy being out in God's creation, killing is just and added bonus.

Trust me you'll wish you were back in college I wish I would have stayed 10 years. I guess you have to grow up at some point. Hope the job serch is going well or that you already have one lined out. All I can say is find one you love, great coworks is what makes a job, you spend a lot of time there. The first job I had out of school I absolutely hated. Make some money and go kill them ducks.
