Looking for a one piece base & mounts for my Browning X Bolt. What is the difference between Talley Mounts & DNZ Game Reaper?

Ring and base made as one, still uses separate front and rear mounts. ---> Talley One piece ---> DNZ

Yeah, I still dont get why Talley calls theirs a one piece. I still count 2 pieces.
DNZ is a true one piece.

Because the ring and base are one piece instead of the base being separate piece from ring like in many other mounts.
One piece base and ring = Talley. One piece scope mount = DNZ

There have been several pics circulating of Talleys shearing off on the top part of the ring near the screws. But DNZs are ugly.
My next set will probably be S&K or Williams.

I like th3 4 cap bolts on the talleys vs the 2 on the dnz
I have some magic beans if anyone is interested. No extra time hunting but they'll make you fart to the tune of Back In Black...

i have the talley lw one piece on my lightweight rigs and dnz on my other stuff! Both are tough and simple! I think talley makes a true one piece like dnz, with a bar that connects them! Either one and u will be happy! The talley lw one piece torx screw heads seem to strip out easy, but i have a bad habit of overtightning things!

Yep, thats them. The one piece solid was the encore ones that are made by talley, they are like the dnz solid one piece, but only made for a encore.

Do either of these (DNZ/Talley) allow for adjustment for eye relief?

eye relief is set by sliding the scope forward or back in the rings I have used Talleys on several rifles and have no problems whatsoever with them. Have an Xbolt 25-06 with them and a Nolser 280 AI with them they are my choice for a lightweight hunting setup They are a very clean system, on my Nosler, the setup I am hunting with: same gun with a different scope, closeup

There have been several pics circulating of Talleys shearing off on the top part of the ring near the screws. But DNZs are ugly. They may not be pretty but they are hell for strong. I've never had a critter complain about their looks That being said, I use both on my rifles and haven't had a problem with either one.
