Looking for a lease within 2 hrs of Corpus Christi/Rockport area.

Would like year round access (site in guns, feed, clean sendero's, set up feeders etc. before season starts)
Looking for deer, hog, coyote, etc. etc.
Responsible Managment minded hunter, looking to find a place to bring my wife hunting and shooting occasionally, majority would be me to get away from the wife... (laughing).
If another opening is avialable I have another responsible hunter interested as well.

Middle aged, and not looking for a place to go raise hell at. Just a place to go out and enjoy the peace and quiet and hunt. Elect. and water is a plus but not necessary.

Not looking to spend a fortune but willing to pay for the right place. If you have anything please let me know.
