I've finally saved up enough to buy a small place of my own in southern Oklahoma. I'm looking for 200-320 acres of heavily timbered bottom land that has frontage on a creek or river that holds water year round. I would also consider a large pond or small lake. My primary purpose in acquiring the tract is to use it for hunting, but I would probably use or lease some portion of it for cattle or crops.

I've spent a lot of time looking around online and driving around some of the areas I'm focusing in on. Has anyone dealt with a realtor in southern Oklahoma that they would recommend?
