I think there is enough debate about ARs for them to have their own special place for people to go and argue about it. Can someone please start the texasARforum.com so AR/Anti AR folks can continue to beat a dead horse without people like me interrupting them with other topics? I know alot of guys who would support agethisbuck4me.com. Any other topics out there that are so "popular" they need their own forum?

Not to completely change the direction of the thread, but Waddy, what would be "approved" topics for THF in your opinion?

I think AR's should be banned. Getting old.

well the good thing is that you dont have to to click on the topic if you dont like the subject line
If I put my wife in a high fence will her rack get bigger?

Not to completely change the direction of the thread, but Waddy, what would be "approved" topics for THF in your opinion? Heck I like any topic where I can learn sumthin new. I like hearing about recipes, tactics, how-to stuff in the field, what the wardens are doin, guns ammo and ballistics, gear reviews, cool hunting stories, and stuff thats just plain funny or interesting. I'm not trying to pick on anyone that likes to talk ARs. Just seems like with certain topics you read the same arguments over and over and neither side seems to get anywhere. Some people like to talk politics at the bar or around the campfire. Im not one of those people. But this is America and a forum so I appreciate the fact that people can say what they want and not give a rats a** whether I approve of the topic or not.

well the good thing is that you dont have to to click on the topic if you dont like the subject line That won't work at all. That would require people being responsible for their own actions. It's everybody else' job to protect people from themselves. Silly ideas like yours should not be tolerated. I'd bet that you're this close > < to being banned. Step away from the keyboard and get back in line with all of the other Lemmings.

Well said Waddy. I thought maybe you were a purist and only wanted pictures of deer with back stories. I agree that some of the dead horse topics get old, but I can get around them easy enough. It's always interesting to see who is going to get mad first at the guy eating popcorn though. I'm always most interested in the funny or odd happenings from the ranch threads.

why not just consolidate all the topics that could be their own forum into a "one stop", that way there's no need to go scouring the internet for them! hey, wait a minute!

I just wish they'd call it something else so I'd know whether to click on it or not. AR = Semi-automatic rifle or AR = Antler restrictions? Kind of like here at work. Our benefits department started sending out emails about STD. I thought STD meant Sexually Transmitted Disease. Not here. Here it means Short Term Disability. I guess they both have the same basic premise.
Practice doesn’t make perfect. Practice makes permanent.

I get the don't click it if you don't like it philosophy...however many a thread has started about one topic and got hijacked by another.
