Just wondering if anyone is planning on running a trap line around Abilene this year and wouldn't mind having me tag along a few days with them.

MO, go to www.trapperman.com. You'll find some guys from TX. on there. Likely a better place to find what your looking for. Good people on there and most all them are involved with youth.

Glad to see some are still fur trapping, when it gets in your blood, it's just hard to quit even when prices are that great, but what little it does offer, it sure goes to help on feed and gas not to mention the fun of trapping!

i've been fortunate enough to hunt all over the world many times and taken lots of trophy big game animals, from
Cape buffalo in Tanzania, ibex in Mongolia, red stag in New Zealand, numerous 200" muleys, etc..... but i still get a bigger rush when i pull up on a coyote twitchin in a #3 Montgomery or a bobcat tuggin' on a #4 Bridger dls. if it ever gets in your blood, there's nothing better than trapping
