Easy to do? Or better to send it off somewhere to get it done?

Although pricey, I am planning an SBR build, and am going to send it off to WW Guns Inc/Joint force Enterprises for a Multicam Furniture/rail panels, and a Cerakote FDE Upper(VLTOR VIS) and Lower. Their Website, WW Guns Inc. Below is a picture of their work.

Are you talking about sighting it in?
It's pretty easy, I would start off and 25' then begin to move back.

I'm sorry, read that entirely too fast. I thought it said holographics. My bad.

Also, to touch up on the original post a bit more, most of the home kits always wind up a little-off on the pattern, with certain parts elongated, etc. This has everything to do with experience and technique. This is the best example I could find.

I would deff send it off to an experienced dipper I get why it's best to do that. But is it really worth the extra money when you can buy a good kit for $99? With one kit I could get my stock, grip, rail covers, scope, and even the foregrip. Most people charge like $75 just for the stock! All together it goes up to like $250-$300. That guy in that video did a bad job and it still didn't look terrible. I've watched some more youtube videos and its seems like as long as you hold the thing being dipped at an angle and go slowly, and steadily it will come out fine.
