Hoping you guys can help me identify this duck. I have my own thoughts... but none of the id books/guides show exactly like this ducks colors/markings. Sorry I didnt get a better pic.

my duck mentor and I thought bufflehead also... but just wanted to make sure! sure wish that one would have been full plumage!!! thanks all!
