I tried some of those, and they are just too bulky for me....looking for something else. I have been using the $3 wally world gloves, and swapping them out when wet

Really, I saw roadgoeson20 had a pair (not sure if he got his at Academy or the same brand), but they are much better than my other thick gloves, they fit me real tight, and a lot less bulky than my other goves, and more water resistant, I don't think they are water proof.

I've had neoprene gloves for about 10 years. I use a pair to fly fish with that are fingerless mittens and love them. I just got a pair just like yours yesterday because of the other two neoprene pair I have are only lefts.

I got some from Cabela's that are pretty thin and I don't think they are water proof, but they might be. They work pretty well and you can shoot with them on.

I was in the 20's yesterday, and my hand were hot early morning!! I took them off for a while so my hands could cool off and put on some other thin gloves, lol. I might get me a thinner pair as well.

I have a pair of Boyt neoprene backed shooting gloves with leather palms and fingers. They are sweet. They fit skin tight and keep your hands covered. I hunt almost exclusively in them. I will be the first to tell you though that you sacrifice warmth for workability and shooting. thats why i wear a handwarmer and keep them in there. They are great for camo, cover and a pure shootists gloves. they aren't by any means waterproof or warm. here is a link to them. I do believe they make this exact model with a small amount of thinsulate, but I am not willing to sacrifice the workability for bulky gloves. http://www.shootingsupplies.com/cart/product.php?cat=1621&page=1&productid=1671

I hate all my gloves. Seems like my biggest problem is when I try to load my shotgun...the thumb part gets stuck caught in the gun and I can't load the bottom two shells very well.
Dear Lord please bullwhip me for saying this but I agree, Marcstar is in the lead. Please nobody use this as a quote!!!

I have yet to find a pair of gloves that allows me to call and doesn't wind up with the fingertips stuck in my shotgun. I gave up on gloves a long time ago. I just pop a couple of handwarmers in my pockets if it's below freezing.

yeah a lot of times I'll wear a glove on my left hand but not my right. I'll hold the gun with my left and stick the right in my pocket. I use my right hand to call with mainly and it's also the hand I load the shells with.
Even something as small as a hand can stand out pretty well though...and really the main reason I wear gloves on hunts has nothing to do with the cold.

Those gloves fit me skin tight, I took a piss yesterday and did not even have to take my gloves off . Saturday, my hand were freezing picking up the deeks is was raining as well, and my jerk string has these swivel hooks on them, and my hands were cold undoing those swivel hooks was killing my fingers, so that was really what made me get those gloves, they fit so tight, no problem working with those swivel hooks, but yeah I call better with no gloves, but if you practice enough with gloves you can get better at it. In regard to hand warmers, I just hate to have my hands in my pocket when ducks come because I want to stay still till they get close, but if you are in a good blind with good cover, I guess it don’t matter as much.

If I wear gloves I usually do as Marc does. I use my neoprene ones when it's raining or when picking up decoys in cold water.

I got a pair of waterproof gloves last week at Mack's PW. The trigger finger on each glove is designed for sensitivity (it's made of a different material). The pair that I got has 75 grams of thinsulate in them. I haven't used them yet but a buddy of mine has a pair very similar to them and said they work great.

I'm with ya there. I never could find a pair that was worth the hassle.

I wear thin gloves even when it is not cold just for camo, you guys don't?

I pretty much gave up on gloves too. My Drake pullover has the hand warmer up high on the chest so my hands stay warm with my jacket tucked in my waders. However about 2 weeks ago I did buy those same exact gloves as Guy. They fit a lot better than those neoprene gauntlet gloves. They are very snug on my hand and help a lot when picking up deeks, but I never wear gloves while we're still huntin.
