I have decided to add partners on my lease in KS for the 2012 season to defer the cost. Muzzle, gun or bow. Lodging included. $2,950/hunter. I have a 10 year lease and am looking for management minded partners.

That is 30 bucks a night for the whole house? That is correct. Pretty good deal considering the motels are $65/room.

Is that for a ONE years lease or for the ENTIRE 10 years? Now nuprofessor. I don't know what leases are going for in Missouri but I'll bet there isn't much out there for $295 per year with the chance to kill a 184 like this one. Are you serious or just making fun? Because I am serious, as you can see.

The lease is for next year, is in sw Kansas and 1/2 lease pmt is due Jan 31. As far as children and family, we are looking for 2 to 3 people who are trophy hunters. We do not have any non- hunting privilages. If you want to join with a family member each spot is $2,950. As far as pheasants or other game, we don't hunt them for fear of spooking a deer like the one above. I love to hunt pheasants, turkey, go 4 wheeling, etc and have family and children in camp, but this is not a lease for that purpose. It is a place to have a legitimate chance to kill a deer approaching 200 inches.

what unit is this in? i hunt kansas every year and i would consider joining. i am only a bow hunter. can you give me county so i can talk to you. are the other hunters gun hunters or archery.
