I was saw this on a taxidermy site. I'm trying to find out what kind of bird this is. I'm not much of a waterfowler so my knowledge is limited when it comes to ID-ing birds. I think I might like to shoot one of these.

Looks to be a gadwall hen thats either very old or bleached by the sun,or just an anomaly of the species.

That is a leucistic drake gadwall....pretty dang rare, but have seen it with other types of ducks as well.
