So I have fried a whole turkey on multiple occasions and loved it and have gotten pretty good at doing it.
But as Thanksgiving approaches with and conflicting social calenders and the person I most want to spend Thanksgiving with dictated it will be just the two of us.
So not wanting to cook even a small whole turkey, I was wondering has anybody deep fried just the breast with great success ?
I have done a little reading and have seen mixed results, so just wanting to hear everybody else had experienced.
Also what are some other options for just two diner places being set, not wanting anything big or extravagant just a decent meal.
Thanks Guys and Gals

If your breast still has the skin on it, it should work just fine.
TurkeyHunter is right on about getting it from a restaurant. That is a lot of prep & cost for just one breast. Once you have a tub of peanut oil, you need to do 4 or 5 birds to spread the cost.
