Okay guys, this buck has been comming out to my feeder about 2-4hrs prior to day light. What can be done to get him to change his habits? Also, what do you all think he will score?

Doe. They will make him move in the daylight once the rut starts if you have them coming in during daylight. Keep them around and he will be there if you can be there. Nice buck.

the does are comming a little to the feeder during day break and right before sun down. Today I had does from around 10am-1pm i guess the full moon had somting to do with that. But for the most part eveything even the does are active at night.

He will be where the doe are when they come into heat. How far from the property boundary are the pics from it?

the property is about 500 acres but the area where these deer are concentrated is a small 70acres wooded area on the property. theres open pastures all around it and that is what im huning. this feeder is about 20yrds from the wooded area and i have winter oats growing on about a 800yrd row next to the wooded tree line. the deer have been going out into the pasture just to graze.

Based on the time frame what you just posted I am guessing this buck is traveling from his bedding area to get to this area then. He not beding close.Once the rut starts he will move closer or spend more time around the area with these does and the food source. You might move another trail camera to a water source to see if you can find him there or on some trails leading to this feeder area.

yeah i got a small 1/2 acre lake about 600yrds away. I'll take an extra game came over there. I know the does are bedding close by because they are at the feeder all night with only 1hr gaps at the longest between it been busy. I did have a group of 4 smaller buck that were comming by between 5am and 9am but they havent been in my camera this past week.

good looking buck. How has that feeder held up? If you don't mind asking how many lbs is it? I have been thinking of getting that exact same model.

Yeah just make sure you have a tripod for the light. It's hard to hold it with one hand and shoot with the other in pitch black darkness.

Maybe 130 but not by much.

You need to ground check him

Here's the ground check!!!

Got down from the blind right around 5:50ish my feeder is in the shade under some oah trees and well even though i could see in the pasture its hard to see around the feeder with low light. I started heading back to the truck, then I turn around and decided to go to the feeder to get my SD card from my game camera and guess who was at the feeder with 2 does? I tryed to free hand a shot and it was a clear miss, he darted out into the pasture about 40yrds, turned and made a b-line back to the woods when I made my 2nd clean heart shot that dropped him 3ft from jumping the fence.
