Gonna save a few deer hides to get tanned this year, I'm gonnna freeze them until I have the funds to get them tanned. Do I roll them up, fold em up, what's the procedure for this?

Fold them skin to skin, then roll up and put in a plastic bag to freeze. Try to get all the air out of the bag
