Will the full moon on Friday night affect a Saturday morning hunt?

Depends on the weather and the pre-rut or rut activity. I can tell if you don't at least try how it will effect your hunt. grin Go anytime you can get out and enjoy a hunt. Just try to hunt midday also if the weather is cooler or damp.

I usually do my spotlighting about 3am, so the moon doesnt really matter. Most I ever got was 9 one night.

10pointdoe,

It just clicked for me what your screen name means.

My Grandpa was an old school south Texas cowboy, and he called does "6 points." 4 feet down, 2 ears up.

I'm guessing you are counting the 4 teats also?!!!!

That's pure Genius, Man!

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

SFH

I hunt in the Martins Mill area. I have seen deer in my area. I was planning on hunting tomorrow morning, but there is a full moon tonight and it is supposed to be pretty windy tomorrow.
