It's not much. (or so I have been told) But to me this is one of the most exciting things I have ever bought.

PSA upper and lower. Bought the kit, built the lower myself to save me some money. SS 16" 223 1/8 Wylde chamber.

A buddy of mine and his roommate were at Academy when I was buying the red dot, case, and ammo. Both of them pretty much said that RRA is the best and everything else is junk. Including PSA. I didn't care much for it. The gun shoots great and I love it.

In that case, really don't listen to your friends.

Shot it today. I could get almost 1" groupings at 100 yards. But I'm sure with a scope and a better shooter, it could do better.

Find new friends. PSA has some good stuff. Nice build, congrats.

I carry a gun because I'm too young to die, and too old to take a whoopin!

Ignorance is all it is. I did my research before I went into it. Haven't heard one bad thing about PSA.

Looks great to me. Sounds like it shoots pretty good. Will probably get even better as it gets broken in. I agree with the Capt. Find new friends.

Of course, if you really just want to get rid of it, I'm sure someone will take it off your hands. Me for instance HAHA.

Enjoy

Greetings,
Do your friends actually own a RRA or are they just talking trash?
It's easy to imagine anything you don't actually own will make you better to justify buying it.

I see it all the time in paintball - kid plays once and thinks that if he just had the latest fancygun, he could dominate.
What he really needs is practice and field time.

1" at 100 sounds pretty good to me and should do what you need.
Even better since you put it together!

Cheers,

Nothing wrong with that rifle. PSA makes some very good stuff. And for the price you cant go wrong. And as far as your friend I think thats been covered pretty well.

Thanks for the support everyone. My buddy just kind of goes along with whatever his roomate says... He's a follower. His roommate works at Gander Mountain and bought a RRA rifle. Which makes him king of all AR type guns of course! loser8
