who does stamping on AR receivers?? if i wanted to put a small (1"-1 1/4") logo and a couple words on the side of the magazine well, (just like factory marks) who do i call?

Not stamped but you can get the Acid Etching done in the Dallas Area..

I've heard of Electro-Etching the receivers as well as the other two. Of course, this looks the least professional, and your best bet would probably be laser-engraving.
