Hey, yall be careful out there. Take your time getting to the ranch for the weekend. It will still be there when you arrive and Sat. morning wont come any sooner. Just heard 2 guys died in an accident on their way to the ranch in preparation for the opener. Good luck to everyone and cant wait to see all the pics that will come flooding in Sunday evening and Monday.

I gotta clean out my truck tomorrow.... gonna be a PITA! And do laundry... I'm leaving Friday when I wake up and I'll be back when I'm out of food, ammo, money, or harvest something and have to bring it back to the house to process it. Got one doe down from bow season, so at least I'll have something to eat while I'm there this weekend.

I changed campers this year and my stuff is strowed all over. Looking for .22 magazine I cant find, cord to my electronic caller, all kinds of stuff.

I'm coaching my sons football team and we made the playoffs therefore I am missing opening weekend. Of course my hunting buddy coaches with me and is bailing out on the playoff game. Yes I am ready, yet my buddy is going.

I'll load up tonight, head out bright and eary in the morning. Gonna be lots of trucks, 4 wheelers, etc on the road all day tomorrow. It just doesn't get much better than this. Good luck to everyone. Photo section should be busy Monday morning.

Lucky we will be one of them pulling our two down the highway and two of our buddies will be right behind us with the same thing!!

Im so ready I even sat down with my chief this morning and discussed our feeder times just to be talking about it with someone else. No one in my family hunts and none of my friends do.. I have my gf kinda excited about it but we'll see if that lasts......GOOD LUCK everyone!
