Friday night will be something easy, wont be at camp until right around dark, prolly frito chili pie or something along that nature.
Saturday breakfast will be fried bologna, eggs, cheese, toast sandwiches after morning hunt. Dinner = 2" thick bone in Ribeye's with baked potatoes all cooked on real wood fire
Sunday, same breakfast, pack and hit the road after morning hunt.... almost forgot, lots of beer and whiskey in between all that also

Best camp breakfast for me is fried spam and cold pork n beans. But Sat. we do steak ribeyes for dinner and Sunday we all throw together and make a big breakfast.Bacon, sausage, links, eggs, bisquits, hash browns, gravy. Of course out in the stand I keep vienna sausages, pretzel and cheese packs.

Friday will have fried fish, calf fries, French fries, and fried squash . Your own your own for breakfast. Saturday night will be boiled Lobster and shrimp with all the corn, new potatoes, onion and sausage. For dessert a little crown on ice. Who knows for Sunday. Good luck to all and be safe!

We don't. Ya'lls menus sound delicious but I've got guys at my camp who have no business getting near ham hocks, a pot of chili, beans, etc.

Potatoe, bacon, & egg tacos for brunch after the morning hunt. Then fire up the pit for fajitas/baby backs/or briskett for supper. Lots of bacon wrapped grilled shrimp with some "pan de campo". Leftover dove is always a plus, and of course plenty of cold beer & bloody mary's.

Might smoke a briscuit or ribs for Saturday evening or it will just be steak depending how many we got coming. Nothing big for breakfast as seems there is always something to do. Hit town for lunch.

Yall need to check out the "deer camp recipes" thread that was here a while back. That Carne Guisada recipe is really great. I've cooked it twice now and will likely cook it many more times.

2" thick, bone-out angus NY Strips, sautee'd mushrooms & onions, jalapenos stuffed with spicy deer sausage & cheese, skillet-taters. Oh, and copious amounts of whiskey.
