I am watching a episode of Wild Justice, it's a show on California Game Wardens and they are treating the hogs over there like gold. Questioning these hunters, and making sure they are tagged. If they only knew that we have so many we can't even give them away or kill enough of them down here.

They have to have tags? WTF for something so destructive they should be rewarding people for killing them.

i don't think they are allowed to hunt at night either. funny thing is they are not allowed to use lead bullets but i like to use all copper ones.

Yep, in most places in Cali where hogs are abundant, you have to use non toxic bullets, and you have to buy hog tags... But believe me, hunting for hogs in Texas is better

My BIL runs a huge feed lot in central Ca and they have to get permits in order to manage the hogs on their land, and this is one of the largest commercial operations on the west coast. Its ridiculous that they treat it as a game animal, but we are talking about the same place who ruined farming in the central valley but shutting off irrigation in order to protect the smelt, an invasive minnow.

I hear there is a proposition in California to give hogs voting rights

they are fixin to put'em on food stamps

Shhhhhh...... don't let the Texas Govt. know that they can make money off hog tags here or we will be paying for tags next year.
