I went on a successful cow elk meat hunt on 10/23 and was told by the owner of the elk that he wanted to sell his bull elk. The bull is a 6x5 and estimated to be between 300 & 350". I am not very good at scoring elk so I cannot speak for the exact score. What I can say that this is a great bull. He said that the bull can be bow or rifle hunted. The price is $1500 and if you hunt and do not kill, you do not pay! I know the guide that would be taking you out and he is a great, straight up guy who operates a game capturing service and is very knowledgable with exotics. I have nothing to gain by anyone killing this animal, just thought it was a good deal and though I would pass it along. PM me for more information if you are interested. I do not have any pictures of the bull, but I am sure that he would be happy to have you out and see the elk before you make any decisions.
