Every place is different and there are a lot of variables that will affect the hunting.
Without a sense of urgency, nothing ever happens.

I'm on a 3000 acre place just south of sweetwater. We're MLD3 and have some nice bucks on the place. Nothing huge but 150" seen and 140's taken in past years. We've got plenty of hogs and turkeys too.
Don't worry if you're not seeing deer in the day time. Sit a stand dawn dusk and prime times and you'll see them.
The mature bucks are mostly nocturnal this time of year. We've got 4.5 year old bucks on camera that only come to the protien feeder between 12 and 4 AM. When the rut comes, that'll change.

Thats a helluva deer. We didn't see anything near that size on our place, but we only were able to hunt it one year. Good luck getting that one!
