 S.Texas Lease Open need 5 hunters

I have a lease in S. Texas about 30 minutes south west of San Antonio. Its around 1100 acres, high fenced and under Level III.
The cost will be $2,500 per hunter plus corn/protein. Hunters must follow the management plan, which means you must harvest what the biologist tells you to.
There is a lodge, but nothing fancy. This is currently a year to year lease, but with the right group of guys who knows it could become a 5 year lease.

Sounds good. A few more details would help:
-How many guns total?
-Family/guests allowed?
-How long under MLD?
-Other game (Turkeys, Doves, etc) allowed?

This is the first year of many to come I hope, so it will serve all well to understand this is a feeling out period, the more we let them feel us up, the better it will get.

the total number of deer to harvest is around 40....do the math that way.

Is this lease in Yancey? What is the management plan? Will there be a trophy buck for each member plus culls and does?
I feel more like I do now then I did when I got here.

How many protein feeders are there? The price of corn and protein this could cost some $$$$ in the long run depending on how many deer per ac there is and how long you feed. Sounds like a good deal hope it works out for someone.
