went out fishing yesterday for a little bit and saw tons of greenwings moving around the lake all day long, they weren't there last weekend so they must have shown up with this last cool front we had. Also saw a few big ducks and finally saw the first flocks of specklebellies! And man were those things vocal. It sounded so good to finally hear that sound again, which also made it very tough to concentrate on the fishing.
I imagine this next good front were supposed to get this week will bring down quite a few more also.

Went out to the lake to look at water levels and saw 3 groups of big ducks and a large group of teal.

heard a flock of snows flying over the big T yesterday while fishing also seen about 1000 coots with about 75 big ducks rafted up in the middle of the lake.

Dove hunting in Olney this weekend, and heard a group of sandhills go over, seems early, but maybe not. Still a good sound.
