I took my deer to be mounted and the person was not going to start on it till i got some money together. so here is the problem he has already skinned it and cut the horns off. I ran into a financial problem and am not going to be able to do the mount right now but i have to pick up the skin and horns, when i can afford to do the mount how hard will it be if i took it to a different taxidermy to be mounted?

not hard at all, just double the hide and keep frozen.

lay the hide out, start rolling it up hair side out starting with the head. Then put it in a good plastic freezer bag and take all of the air out.

Get it frozen asap.
