And hunt in the morning. I am the only guy at my lease. I got here right at dark today and hoping to hunt Sunday Monday. I am in Coleman county and we have had a good amount of rain the lease is pretty muddy. What do we think this weather is going to do Tomorrow?

i will be hunting here in smith county.got a doe this after noon. going to try for another one tomarrow.

thanks . the deer have not been moving on my place. had a 3year old 10 point walk right under my stand opening day but thats been it until this after noon. my rule is they have to be 5+ before i shoot. he is going to be a awesome deer when he gets older.

Just got in my pop up. Soft rain right now. It rained pretty hard all night. I think my truck might be stuck at camp so I took my teryx to my blind. I'll worry about the truck after I shoot something. Will keep you updated if anything to report!!!

Your weather app is proving correct. It is steady rain right now. I am in a good pop up so staying dry so far. I have my rain gear on also. Still real dark and the feeder just threw. I'm sticking it out. I had to come to the lease this weekend to get my 4 wheeler so I might as well try and hunt!

One doe came and went while it was too dark

Four young doe and a 4 point just moved through. Looking for a mature doe pig or big buck. Rain is very light right now

4 more doe came in and were very skiddish. I don't think they like the sound of the rain hitting the top of the blind. Never offered a shot. I can hear the cows behind me so I might be getting some lunch soon if they move in

Cows just moved through and I hear a horse behind me. We only have 38 cows and 4 horses on 3,500 acres and I am the only one hunting and they are near me. Just my luck. I hope they move on and I can get something to come in before dark. I just want a doe

Wind is blowing away from the deer that was snorting. Not sure what is going on. There are not many sits on this lease you don't see deer. Still waiting. I have the best 30 min of the day to go

Our place is 3 miles north of Coleman and we got 4 inches

I'm 13 miles south of Coleman I got 2.3". My farmer planted about 32ac of wheat last week, it should be right about the time of the rut.
