I hunt in west Texas and i have a question. The wind is forecasted to blow 15-25 mph with a good chance for rain on Friday night. The wind is going to blow all day today(Thursday). Friday in the am chance for rain but increased chance in the afternoon. Would Friday afternoon be a good time to hunt or wait until the system passes? I know that any day is good to hunt, can't get a deer sitting in house, but I am taking my kids age 10,7,6 the 10 yr old is the one pulling the trigger on the crossbow so that is why I am asking?

Read towards the bottom and you will see where wind is discussed.
