I have had this camera up for 1 week and had quite a few nice pics during daylight. Every night photo was completely black. It is set to run 24 hours and the red lights come on when it takes a pic. I even went out tonight to test it and play with the settings to no avail. Cannot get night pics. Any ideas?!?!?!?!?!

I couldn't find anything to help with the cam so I brought it home last weekend and tested it in my bathroom with the lights off and could only get a ghostly image of myself if I stood directly in front of the camera. The wife is going to exchange it for me today. I figured I must have a lemon since I could find very few problems like this on the interwebs. Hopefully the next unit works and I'm back in business. If not, I'm hoping some of you will recommend a replacement in that price range.

They didn't have a replacement so mamma brought home the Moultrie Game Spy D55IR. Initial test worked in the dark bathroom so I may be rolling. Seems like a nicer camera.

Had the same problem with their flash models I have 2. I was about to return but thought I might try a rechargeable 6 volt battery and a solar panel. I built a little box that mounts to a tree and holds everything. I had over 500 pics Sunday and only one white pic at day and ZERO black pics at night. You might try it before you junk it.
