Rage blades has made a life long customer. My arrow passed through and stopped 35 yards past the deer. Needed a doe for camp meat so I thought i'd do the honors. Badger from out lease in tx.

And the point of shooting the badger was........

Did you eat it, or just looking to kills something?

Just curious.

If I had the chance to take a badger I definately would. Where did you get it?

HUNTING_COACH......i havnt ever seen a badger around my area but i promise you if i do he will be exterminated...along with any other pest or preditor that steps onto my property...alot comes with game managment other than just shooting deer...pest control is one of most important on my list...

And here we have your requisite self-righteous post thats freely offered up whenever someone shoots anything other than a deer or hog.

To the OP: great shooting! Loves me some Rage broadheads!

Why someone legally shoots something is none of my business, but I wouldn't go telling everyone that I shot a bobcat and a badger last weekend here in Jackson County...

"Raccoon, BOBCAT, BADGER, Gray Fox, Red Fox, MINK, MUSKRAT, OPOSSUM & WEASEL

Dates & Open Areas

Dec. 1, 2011 – Feb. 29, 2012; statewide
"

Straight out of the Oklahoma Hunting Regs...

That's really none of my business either, but thought you'd like to know. FYI, I think that there are also tagging regluations related to bobcats.

Camp meat. Can some one explain to me what this means. I've had people tell me you don't need to tag camp meat. I know you have to just wondering why it's called camp meat. Nice shooting by the was, the rage did it's job.

Couldnt get the cat pics on in time.
Do have a fur bearing license- but shot the cat and badger in tx.
And camp meat is just a term we use for the meat we arent taking home. Still tag and turn in the deer.
