Just got Ranch hand bumpers installed on my 94 blazer come to find out the front bumper has three to four deep scratches on it down to the metal....and not only that but they cut the bars that hold my old bumper to my frame instead of un bolting it.....is this normal ? and what should i do about this ? thanks...pictures tomorrow....to dark out now to take pictures....I was just so happy to finally get them on i didn't full inspect anything until i took it to my dads, he is the perfectionist so he pointed out all the negatives to me....made me feel like i made a bad choice....or something i don't know....but i showed up to my dads about an hour after leaving Ranch Hand....and yes it was Ranch Hand in Irving that did the instillation...

Ranch Hand warranties the powder coat (at least they did for me), but I have to ask; why didn't you look before you paid?

did you have it done by a company that installs them? you would think it would of been easier to unbolt the brackets rather than cut them off unless they were in the way. I would go back to them and have them replcace the bumper or discount you some money. I belive the ranch hands has a heavy paint and it takes alot of scratch it, it will start to rust and spread. good luck

If Ranch Hand didn't install them it's going to be hard to hold them accountable. You need to address these issues with the company that did the install.

OK OK....i went back today....and the mechanic at Ranch Hand said that the back bumper connections to the frame were not coming off, and that even if they did unscrew them they would have to lift something off them to even get them off....so....and they applied touch up paint to the marks on the front....so all in all everything is A OK =) i would recommend anyone getting these bumpers....they look good and man they are Ranch Hand !!!! .....

If you keep your hair short and your mouth shut, things tend to run a lot smoother.

Hey thanks Red_Breast ! this truck has had alot done to it since i got it.replaced all 4 shocks, 2 new back tires, full tune up, new air filter, Ranch Hand....i almost got it finished...now i need paint....and maybe a 3" or 4" lift should make it complete..and maybe a little something extra under the hood i may even consider selling her if the price is right...but its hard to let a truck like this go....

I bought my 1st Ranch Hand there and had great service. I bought a "scratched" grill guard, which had a couple of scratches. They touched up the paint after the install. The last one I bought was from the place off 377N in Watuaga, had great service there and saved some $$$ off Ranch Hands prices.
Looks great on the Blazer
I'd ask him if he's pregnant. He missed a s__tload of periods. I'll take "things that look like a uterus" for $200 Alex.
