Excellent hunting!!! The landowner informed me that he is finally leasing this land after years of non hunting. I currently lease another 2500 acres of land that he has north of Graham, which is excellent. My brother leases another 2000 acres near Woodson that is also great hunting. I grew up in that area and know this land has excellent hunting.

I know this land would be great hunting and the landowner is exceptional and very accomodating.

He is asking $8 acre.

Not sure if you can help out but my partner and I run a upland (quail) hunting operation N/W of DFW and we just lost 1,500 acres to the wildfire. We are trying to lease about 500-700 acres with good quail cover for this years as our place should be fine next year. We liberate flight conditioned birds on the land and guide our clients on each hunt.

Please let me know. We hope to fine some land to lease from Oct.- April (We permit the land for private bird hunts only)
