I've put hog panel around in an area. "38 inch HOG PANEL" All I get are pics of coons laying on the corn eating and the deer walking around the outside..They can't figure how to jump in...REALLY!
How can you fix this???

How big is the pen? If it is to small it will take them a while to learn to jump in. Deer do not like to jump if the do not have to. You might have to leave a panel out or open for a week to get them used to it.

We cut out a few low spots in our pens. Think my fence is 40" or 42" high and I cut three spots around it down to 30". Just finished it this weekend so I wont check camera til Thursday. Coach

make your pen larger and insert (2) 16' x 34" panels opposite each other on the sides of the pen where the deer seem to come from

37" is nothing for the deer. The cattle panels I use are 52 or 54" and if that deer is in a hurry to get in or leave it may as well not be there. I do cut some squares down, but that's because the deer are like humans and will go to the easiest place. That little habit can put them in the crosshairs.
Your pen may be too small, like said above, but my question is are they used to corn? Be patient, they will figure it out.
