Finally picked up a double bull after a year+ of debate. Set up was tricky using the attatched instructions, but after I watch the included DVD, got it set up easy. This is my first store bought ground blind and was wondering if there is anything I should be conscious of before going into the field?

If it has the black interior, where black instead of camo when using it.
I have the T-3 blinds & use them for bow hunting. They work grreat.

I love the DB Darkhorse! Great for deer and really great on turkey. It will take the deer a week or so to get use to them if your bow hunting but with gun just set it up and get ready.

yes black shirt and mask if possible, check for snakes and don't let any cows or horses or goats near it ......they'll eat it

Deer act like it's not even there!

Great blind...Mine is about 5yrs old,I would leave it out from mid September till end of deer season. It is a little faded but still going strong. I really believe they are worth the little extra money...Oh enough room for me and 2 kids with chairs plus 1 Nintendo DS

It will be much easier to set up next time once the cams loosen up!

+1 on wearing black. Also, buy some good tent spikes to stake it down, don't want to set it up and come back to it and its 100 yards in any direction. Good luck
