I love the folders CraigB here makes. 100% Texan/American
Case XX Spyderco make some knives here in the USA I believe Benchmade does as well.

Benchmade followed by Gerber. My favorite is theBenchnade Griptillion forboth fixed blade and folder.

I carry a Benchmade 950 Rift and a MooreMaker extra large trapper, The Benchmade does have a harder blade which makes it alittle harder to sharpen. The Moore Maker is a softer steel but easy to sharpen, it also will rust a lot easier. I carry the Moore Maker in a leather scabbard on my belt.

I like Most Spyderco and Gerbers Covert series
I hate Benchmade, but that is for Personal reasons on how they conduct buisiness.

I like Case slip joints. And, I like Queen slip joints. With the newer Queens you get D2 tool steel, which is real nice if you have some diamond stones for sharpening. The Queens usually come from the factory quite dull. But, once sharp, stay sharp a good long while.
Out of the two I have more Case. But, that's quickly changing the more I use the Queen D2.

Nothing worse the a knife that won't hold up or keep an edge... I know I cut 200plus bulls cavles one weekend and only sharpened my moore maker once. Man... You guys have expensive taste!
