we are safe in fayette co now~.. ... i'm hoping for rain by the 12'th...with that new disturbance in the gulf...

Unless we get several inches of rain in TX we'll be in this dangerous fire condition for weeks or months to come. Let's hope this next system in the gulf doesn't do what Lee did and just bring us high winds and dry air. Let's bring us those 20 inches of rain Louisiana got.

That picture is crazy!!!! that exit sign that says 304 is where my deer lease is.. its like 7 miles down there.. im praying for all the families who are being affected by this tragic event.. Lord please send us some rain!!
