If the blades don't fold back forward I don't think they are legal in Texas. Or Missouri for that matter.

i have used the inch and half three blade and had a total pass through on a doe at twenty yards with my old martin bow. she wondered a little and found her forty yards away from hit but i got a bad shot on her. But back to the broadhead it works and will continue to use but im sure there are better for the cost. what sold me was the flight... it flys straight!!! no plaining

If your bow is tuned right, your arrows spined and fletched right you won't have problems with planing.
