16 pointer. Has 4 stickers 1 to 2 inches, and has a g2 that splits 3 ways and a split g3. This is a buddy of mines deer in Cherokee County. Dont judge until you see the videos below the immage.

Honestly that deer is not in a high fence. The area we hunt is small and the biggest we have ever seen there is probably a 120 inch 8pt. Alot of smaller bucks. I was very surprised to this pic but this deer has been coming alot! Lately he has been coming at dark and staying all night with several other bucks.

welcomeDon't mind the crowd. Some think the only way deer get big is because of the height of the fence. Great looking buck! Hope you get to post some after pics. up

In Cherokee county, I would give a score of BIG. I hope your lease is next to mine. rofl

I did not play the videos but just from the one pic and what I can see on it he looks like a mid 160's+ deer.

I'm seeing 180's with looking at the video. Some of the forks are pretty deep. Huge brow tines, all his g's are long, good tine length. Very nice deer. I think once he's down and a tape gets put on him, he will suprise some folks.

Deffiitley in the 180s. I am looking at my 166 inch east texas 10 point that i killed last year. The tines are and with are about the same. Your deers beams are longer. What guys dont realize is all that extra junk adds up. What a buck though wow!
Here is my 166 inch (officially) ten for comparison:

Agree with 180's. At least. Maybe a lot more, he has incredible tine length.

Thanks for that comparison! We have never seen a deer like that one we have been getting pics of. I was completely surprised! I am checking cam tomorrow so i will post another pic if i get a good one. We are gonna be dissapointed if one of us does not get a shot at this deer as often as he is coming. By the way that is an awesome deer u have mounted!

Tom that is a great buck. Hope you get to ground check him come deer season. Are you an archery hunter, if not I think I would take it up.

Good Luck

Yea he is a good one for Palo Pinto County. We have been managing this place for 6 years now and it just keeps getting better. We have more bucks than does which kind of concerns me come rut. But I think this guy is like yours, get him early bow or he goes nocturnal when the pressure is on.
I shot a ten there in 08 on October 1 that looks like his kin. My 08 buck scored 145" P&Y.
This cool front has me thinking its almost harvest time.

Be Blessed
