I've always duck hunted well hell I hunt every thing but never early teal any pointers will help spot gear tactics anything??

Look for where the teal are congregated....then never return to that spot. Welcome to the world of teal hunting.
Honestly though, its hit and miss. Find your way to an "area" where the ducks are and you will do fine.

Here one day gone next. They move through pretty quick. Skinny water and groceries are good place to look.
