All star typically has different dudes working. Some nicer than others but overall good. jmo

Allstar is good. But like BIL said there staff does vary. First time I went in there I swore I would not go back. The second time the customer service was amazing.

Cinnamon Creek Ranch is also top notch.

Jim is the main tech and IMHO does great work. Never been to the other places you mentioned.

Yep Jim Favor is a good Tech. I've know him a long time and Troy (The owner is awesome) I was Troy was one of my first sponsors.

On target archery in Canton Is a great place to deal with the owner is an awesome guy, they will get you fixed up.

Rednek Booda all the way, I haven't had a sticker for anything on my truck in 20 years. I just put his on, I believe in him that much.

My experience with the guys at Alvarado Pawn was a good one. Super nice folks.

Allstar in Dallas, has been OK to me, but I've never had any work done by them. I would sometimes swing by for parts, and they were always pretty good to me.

Cinnamon Creek has the widest selection, hands down. They have some great techs, and they have some other folks as well.


I wanted to take my bow to someone I could trust, and know exactly who was working on it, not just "tech #2" or whatever; and that's why it was sent out to RBO. I'll use him again, and recommend him again as well. He's also great with kids.

I have been impressed with the Alvarado shop.

All the shops mentioned will treat you right(including RBO). Call ahead and make sure the shop has what your looking for and go from there. Good luck this season and God Bless.. Oh and the assassin is an awesome bow!

Jim Favor is an awesome guy. And has some great deals to boot. I went and talked with him for awhile before 2000CBR929 sold me his bow.
Gave me some great advice and after measureing me up told me to be perfectly honest the Switchback XT would suit me the best. he didn't want to lose the sell but his best interest was in the hunter.

X2 on target in canton brian (owner) and staff are great guys to work with

Let's make this redundant, ON TARGET Canton, TX. Bought my Bow tech there, had it tuned and equipped in a short time and was able to shoot it as well as the other bows I looked at. Staff were patient, knowledgeable, and overall very helpful. I have since made it a routine place for my archery needs and have yet to be disapointed. They were even respectful to a JA I seen walk in there pick up a Matthews Monster and dry fire it messing it up and then just mill aorund in the store...
