I got a can cooker this past weekend at the TTHA Show. Just wondering if anyone has one, and if so what are your favorite recipes?

I looked at them there, kinda like a pressure cooker without all the pressure. Let us know how it works out

It's aluminum, and has a lid with a gasket that latches onto the top. You just put in the food, and water or beer, and put it on a fire or burner. The steam inside cooks the food. Gonna try it out tommorow evening.
