 Help me out - Leupold FX3 or Zeiss Conquest

I am looking for a new scope to sit on top of a 7mm Mag.
I am considering either the zeiss conquest 3-9x40 or the Leupold FX3 6x42. On my other variable scopes - 6x is about where i always end up - which is why I am considering the fixed mag scope.
I know the rifle is capable of more - but my skills and comfort would put my longest shots at around 200-250 yrds
I appreciate any opinions and feedback.

Zeiss amkes great scopes. I bought one earlier this year and after my wife looked thru it...... Well lets just say it's on her 7-08 and I have her old Leupold. LOL

I was able to view both at the same time and the zeiss clearly had the better optics. I put the Zeiss on my 7 mag.
