Unless you're dove hunting on public..
I really hate to do what I am about to do, because it will be very painful for you.

Cappy, I like your half-full logic! Any thought of relief from this freaking weather is a bonus. The birds are so thirsty around my house that a bird pecked a hole in my beer can just to get a little something.....

NOAA predicts above average temps and equal to average precipitation for the next three months. Another report I read indicates El Nino could begin to form again this fall, which would indicate an increased chance of heavy rains and flooding through next spring. Time will tell....

Thats all i got. It's worked for me in the past! I'm in! Although I've done that at my in-laws in Amarillo and ended up with a storm...dust storm.

Wrong answer. NOAA weather guessers are actually predicting the development of another La Nina forming. Which means not much in the way of precipitation. The consensus forming over there is that we will be drier than normal well into 2012. I could careless cuz I am still gonna spank the snot out of 'em

No one can accurately predict an El Nino event this far in advance.. but it certainly could happen. Unfortunately, flooding is just as bad or worse than drought, irrespective of the snot spanking.

I just wish I had the ability to pump water on my properties. Without rain, I'll be skunked this season!

Skunked on ducks. On doves, I think we'll be fine despite the lack of goatweed.

All that is wishful thinking.. The weather is so unpredictable and I won't believe any of that until I see it. The weather man on CC news lives in Nueces county and so do I, my guess is as good as his.

I went to a WET T-SHIRT Contest today. They had no water, so the girls had to tear the T-Shirts off. The event really sucked. What is this world coming too?
